A recipe in two steps and three movements to impress your little family.


  • For 4 people :
  • 4 small escalopes of veal
  • 200 g of Paris mushrooms
  • 25 cl of cream
  • 1 C. mustard strong
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 small bunch of chives.


Detail the cutlets in slices. Make them return 2 min to the pan in a little oil and reserve.

Pass the mushrooms under the water, then cut them into slices.

Sauté them in a little oil, then add half chopped chives, cream and mustard.

Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the veal and cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve with chopped chives and tagliatelle or rice.
