- 250 g of dark chocolate of good quality.
- 125 g unsalted butter.
- 2 egg yolks.
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
- about 50 g of cocoa.
Break the chocolate into small pieces in a heatproof dish.
Melt in a bain-marie.
Gradually add the butter cut in small dice. Mix.
When the butter has melted well in the chocolate, remove the dish from the heat, add the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and icing sugar.
Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour to solidify.
Then form small dumplings by hand, roll them in the cocoa and arrange them on a plate.
