  • 1 half-lawyer
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 C. powdered cumin
  • 1 lemon juice
  • sprigs of chives
  • olive oil
  • salt


Peel the carrot, detail it in small dice. Cook them for 10 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and mix with cumin, a drizzle of oil and a few drops of lemon juice.
Boil the tomato and peel it. Cut into small cubes and mix with chopped chives. Crush the avocado meat with a fork and add a spoonful of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Arrange one layer of each preparation in a verrine and serve well chilled.
