Smoked Salmon Tagliatelli

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 600 g of tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp. to s. coarse salt
  • 1 fillet of olive oil
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 50 cl of cream
  • 1 bunch of dill (or frozen)
  • salt
  • pepper.


discard the tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water. Add the olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Cut the salmon into strips. Let the cream warm in a saucepan. When the tagliatelle is cooked, drain them. Pour them in a salad bowl with the salmon, dill and cream.
