Discover this easy recipe of orange juice, pineapple and strawberry smoothie (off-season, use frozen). Packed with vitamins, it will give you all the energy you need to face your day.
For 2 glasses
- 10 cl of orange juice
- 1/4 pineapple
- 6 strawberries
Wash the strawberries and plant them.
Remove the bark from the pineapple and cut it into cubes.
Mix the fruits and the juice.
Serve well fresh.
