  • 2 guavas
  • 1 banana
  • ½ pineapple


Peel and cut the banana into slices. Mix them with 2 cups of water.

Cut the guavas in half and collect the pulp, using a spoon. Add the pulp to the blender and mix.

Cut half of pineapple slices, then each slice into small cubes and add them to the blender.

Blend at full power until all pieces are well crushed and liquefied.

Filter the mixture and reserve in the refrigerator. This smoothie is better when it is fresh.
