Rich in carbohydrates, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and fiber, banana is a food to remember during pregnancy. In this smoothie, it combines with ginger, useful to relieve nausea.


For 3 smoothies:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 velvety yogurts
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • the zest of half a lemon
  • 3 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 6 ice cubes


Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and put them in the bowl of a blender robot.
Add the yogurt, ginger, zest and juice of the half lemon and lastly the ice cubes.
Blend until frothy.
Serve immediately.
