Enjoy the fragrance and slightly sweet flavor and acidity of wild blueberries with this smoothie. Embellished with ripe bananas and yoghurt, this drink will seduce you with its creamy texture.

Ingredients:

For 4 glasses

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300 g frozen North American wild blueberries
  • 500 g lean yoghurt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation:

Peel and chop the bananas. Put frozen blueberries, yoghurt, bananas, vanilla sugar and honey in a blender.
Mix, first, with the pulse key. Stir with a spoon and mix a second time at maximum power to obtain a smooth consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve right away.
