A sweet and tart recipe to awaken your baby's taste buds as early as 7 months old.


  • 2 tbsp. semolina
  • 100 ml of milk immediately
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 sprigs of tarragon
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • salt


Boil the tomato. Peel it and cut it into cubes.
Pour the milk in a saucepan and add the semolina in rain and a pinch of salt. Cook 10 minutes.
Brown the diced tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes. Wash the tarragon and chop it.
Mix semolina, tomato and tarragon. It's ready !
