Southwest lentil salad


Express recipe An idea to feast your family in a breeze.

Ingredients:

  • For 4 people :
  • 250 g canned lentils
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 200 g duck gizzards
  • 6 sprigs of chopped parsley.
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • 1 C. mustard
  • 3 c. tablespoon of oil and
  • 2 of vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper.

Preparation:

Cut the gizzards into strips and fry for 5 minutes. Deglaze the pan with a little vinegar. Pour it into a bowl with the lentils, shallots, parsley and vinaigrette. Mix and serve fresh.
