An ultra-vitaminized fruit salad to be enjoyed at breakfast to fill up with fruit.
- For 4 people :
- 4 bananas
- 1 beautiful ripe mango
- 3 kiwis
- 1 lemon
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 branch of fresh mint
- Some "stars" of carom
Peel the bananas, remove the filaments, then cut into slices.
Peel the mango and cut into cubes.
Peel the kiwis, cut into slices and cut each of them in four.
Put all these fruits in a salad bowl, immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black, then add the caster sugar.
Mix well and let macerate 2 hours in the fridge.
When serving, decorate with some fresh mint leaves and carambola "stars".
Council +: you can serve this fruit salad with cottage cheese. Beat 300 g smooth white cheese and add 15 cl whipped cream with 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Spread in individual cups and arrange the fruit salad on top.
