Ingredients:

• 1 small ladle of ready-made pancake batter
• 1 thin slice of ham cooked uncooked and defatted
• 1 C. thin half-salt cheese (or Cottage cheese)
• 1 C. coffee oil

Preparation:

Cook a pancake in a lightly oiled frying pan and let it warm. Spread it with a thin layer of cheese and put on the slice of ham. Roll it on itself to get a pudding. Wrap it in a food film. Place it 2 hours in the fridge then cut it into slices. Present these roulades on a bed of salad.
