Here are spring rolls new version! With salmon, avocado and grapefruit, they will add freshness to the meals of your gourmands.
For 4 people :
- 4 rice pancakes
- 200 g cooked salmon steak
- 1 lawyer
- 1 pink grapefruit
- Bunch of chives
Peel the grapefruit raw and take out its quarters. Peel the avocado and cut it into sticks. Detail the salmon in strips. Chop the chives.
Quickly dip a rice pancake in hot water and spread it on the worktop. Place a slice of salmon, a slice of avocado, a quarter of grapefruit and chives.
Fold the sides of the crepe on the stuffing and roll the whole thing. Keep cool in a sheet of aluminum foil. Serve with a vinaigrette and a little chopped salad.
These rolls can also be served with lemon, salty, peppery yoghurt sauce mixed with herbs.
If you prepare these rolls in advance, keep them in a cool food film otherwise the rice pancake will dry out.
