Mashed green beans with tomato (Hanane)

Here is a recipe that my 8 month old baby loves!


  • 100 g extra-fine green beans
  • 2 to 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 chopped tarragon leaves
  • 1 knob of butter


Peel green beans by removing ends and wires.

Rinse them and cook them 20 minutes steaming Meanwhile, scald the tomatoes for a few seconds, peel them, seed them and cut them into very small pieces. Mix beans, half tomatoes and washed parsley in the blender.

Add the butter and the remaining pieces of tomato and serve hot.
