Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream

Preparation:

Wash and peel the sweet potato and carrots. Cut into small pieces, steam them for 30 minutes then mix them by adding some cooking water and cream. Serve. You can make the same recipe by replacing the carrot with green beans and add a sweet potato. Sweet potato has a slightly sweet taste and babies will easily appreciate green vegetables.
